Terms and Conditions
The promotion term is from April 1, 2021 00:00:00 until September 30, 2021 23:59:59, both dates inclusive, and is based on the time of payment as recorded in Buyandship’s system.
This offer is available exclusively to Hong Kong JCB cardholders and registered members of Buyandship’s Hong Kong.
JCB cardholders must pay the shipping fee in full with their JCB credit card to enjoy this offer.
Rebate credits will be awarded to the Buyandship member’s account within 7 days of the payment date.
Rebate credits shall remain valid for up to 45 days after their award date, after which any remaining credits shall be forfeit.
During this promotion period, customers may receive rebate credits an unlimited number of times and amount, but the offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to Buyandship’s payment records.
This promotion shall end before the specified end date if the total amount of rebate reaches HKD $100,000.
Rebate credits are not refundable, transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or other products and services, and all Buyandship credits cannot be transferred to other Buyandship member accounts.
Rebate amount is based on a single transaction amount after deducting all applicable discounts and credits, including all kinds of Buyandship credits and promotion codes. Other transactions shall be excluded from this offer, including but not limited to unposted, cancelled, refunded, falsified, and unauthorized transactions.
JCB and Buyandship neither supply nor sell the products delivered through Buyandship’s service, and are not responsible for any obligations or liabilities relating to the respective products.
Buyandship reserves the right to determine the eligibility and validity of cardholders and transactions for this offer in accordance with their payment records, including date and time. If the cardholder’s transaction record differs from that in Buyandship’s records, then Buyandship’s records shall prevail

No person other than the cardholder, Buyandship, and JCB shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) of the laws of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Hong Kong, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
