Common prohibited items include alcohols, products consisting of alcohol, living animals, plants, compressed gases, chargeable batteries, food containing meat, etc.

How long can you hold my packages?

Accepted Answer

We provide generous free storage:

-30 days free storage at our overseas warehouse

-30 days free storage at our sorting centre

-Need more time? Extended storage available at HK$ 10/day, with a maximum extension of 15 days is allowed. If the storage period reaches the 46th day, the package will be treated as abandoned.

What are the weight limitation for parcels?

Accepted Answer

There is no special limitation on the weight of the parcels.

When merging packages, please pay attention to the following considerations:

- The chargeable weight less than 1 lb will be rounded to the next whole pound for each order.

- The minimum weight of a shipment is 0.2 lb, afterwards the unit of actual weight is 0.1 lb. When the actual weight is less than 0.1 pound, it will be rounded to the next 0.1 pound.

Are there size restrictions for the Milan, Italy warehouse?

Milan, Italy warehouse size restrictions:

- Either side cannot exceed 80CM

- Sum of all 3 dimensions cannot exceed 150CM

- Volumetric weight cannot exceed 5 times actual weight

Volumetric Weight = [Length(CM) × Width(CM) × Height(CM)] ÷ 6,000 × 2.2046

If deemed necessary, our warehouse will repack and replace packaging without prior notice.

If the parcel exceeds any of the above limitations, additional charges may be required. The parcel may also be rejected by the overseas warehouse or the delivery fee may be calculated by volumetric weight.

When does the Milan, Italy warehouse check out?

Accepted Answer

Italy warehouse checks out 1 time per week, Friday. Delivery to Hong Kong warehouse takes approximately 5-8 days.
