Can I consolidate shipments from different warehouses?

Yes, you can consolidate packages for shipment once they arrive at the Hong Kong warehouse, even if they come from different regions (except for packages from the China warehouse).

Will I be notified when my package arrives?

Yes. You will receive email notifications when your package is received and updated in the overseas warehouse, as well as when it reaches the Hong Kong warehouse and is ready for consolidation.

How long can my package be stored at the warehouse for free?

Packages can be stored at the Hong Kong warehouse for up to 30 days free of charge, allowing time to consolidate with other incoming shipments.

How soon will my package be shipped after it arrives at the warehouse?

Once your package arrives at an overseas warehouse, it will be automatically scheduled for the next available shipment to Hong Kong.
