即食燕麥risotto（蕃茄/忌廉蘑菇）
試食咗蕃茄味，佢話用220ml熱水沖，不過我用咗200ml，唔想太稀。
沖完聞到有蕃茄味，食落燕麥味重過蕃茄味，不過都OK，食完有飽肚感，唔會好快肚餓。佢話1餐得149kcal，當早餐或者晚餐都ok，好過食麵包。
終於試埋忌廉蘑菇，我覺得好好食😂好食過蕃茄味，忌廉蓋過咗陣燕麥味👍🏻
