(Updated) Redemption Service Adjustments: Service Suspension of To Kwa Wan and Shek Mun Redemption Centres

【Updated 3rd Jan, 2023】To Kwa Wan Redemption Centre is not affected by the business optimisation, and is going to continue operating as usual. If you have any queries, please contact us.


Due to business optimisation, the service of Shek Mun  Buyandship Redemption Centre (franchised) will be suspended gradually from January 2023 onwards until further notice. Details are as follows:

Starting from January 3rd (TUE), Shek Mun Buyandship Redemption Centre (franchised)  will be temporarily suspended to be an option as a self-pickup location.

The last date to pick up the parcel will be January 16th (MON), and the centre will be temporarily closed starting from January 17th (TUE).
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. / Closed on Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays

To Kwa Wan Buyandship Redemption Centre (franchised)
The last date to pick up the parcel will be January 28th (SAT), and the centre will be temporarily closed starting from January 29th (SUN).
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 12 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. / Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays

If you have selected the above-mentioned redemption centre as self-pickup location, please beware of relevant changes and pick up your parcel within 3 working days upon receiving the order ready for pickup  email. Overdue parcels can be stored for 4 working days (a storage fee will be charged for the overdue parcels), and after such period, the overdue parcels that have not been picked up will be returned back to the Kwai Fong Buyandship Redemption Centre.

At the close of business on the last business day of the redemption centre, any parcels that have not been collected will be returned to the Kwai Fong Buyandship Redemption Centre. Before visiting the Kwai Fong Buyandship Redemption Centre, please contact us via our live chat to confirm the status of the order that has been returned.
