This device is a XGS-PON ONT in the SFP+ form factor. It can be used to replace the ISP ONT. However, technical knowledge is required as this is not a plug-and-play device. You need to know how to acquire the required info, such as the PON serial number from the original ONT. XGS-PON only, not GPON.
