Buy&Ship offers a variety of convenient pickup options for our members. We’ve expanded our self-pickup network, which includes SF Stores, SF Lockers, and Circle K Convenience Stores, to over 260 locations. All deliveries to these points are handled by SF Express.
If you choose these pickup methods, please note the following for a smoother experience. We highly recommend using the SFHK app to enhance your pickup process.
Important Reminders for SF Express Self-pickup
If you choose these pickup methods, please note that the email notification from Buy&Ship’s system does not mean your shipment has arrived at the pickup location yet. Upon your shipment being ready for collection at your selected location, you will receive a push notification via the SFHK app. This notification will contain a pickup code essential for collecting your parcel.
Also, the SFHK app will display the final delivery location of your shipment. Please verify this information before heading out to pick up your parcel.

How to use the SFHK APP？
Effective April 2025, SF Express has largely transitioned from SMS notifications to in-app push notifications for parcel self-pickup. The SF Pickup Code within the SFHK app is a feature designed by SF Express to streamline parcel collection at SF Express Stations and self-service lockers.
By simply downloading and using the SFHK app, customers can quickly retrieve their shipments using this “pickup code” function.
