Due to business optimisation, the service of Tai Kok Tsui Buyandship Redemption Centre (franchised) will be suspended gradually from February 2024 onwards. Details are as follows:
1. Starting from January 22nd (MON), Tai Kok Tsui Redemption Centre will be suspended to be an option as a self-pickup location for Single shipment.
2. Starting from January 26th (FRI), Tai Kok Tsui Redemption Centre will be suspended to be an option as a self-pickup location for Bulk shipment.
3. The last date to pick up the parcel will be February 2nd (FRI). Any parcels that have not been picked up after February 2nd (FRI) will be returned to the Kwai Fong Profit Industrial Building Redemption Centre.
Opening Hours of Tai Kok Tsui Redemption Centre:
Monday to Saturday 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. / Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays
If you have selected/will select the above-mentioned redemption centre as a self-pickup location, please beware of the relevant change and pick up your parcel as soon as possible. Parcels can be stored for 3 working days for free and a storage fee will be charged for the overdue parcels.
A new SF Express pick-up point is now open as an alternative.
