Due to service adjustment, the parcel collection service of post offices will be temporarily suspended from January 27th, 2023 onwards until further notice. Details are as follows:
Starting from January 27th (FRI), post offices will be temporarily suspended to be an option as a self-pickup location.
The last date to pay for orders of post offices will be January 29th (SUN), and unpaid orders of post offices will be cancelled automatically starting from January 30th (MON).
If you have selected post offices as a self-pickup location, please beware of relevant changes and collect your parcel within 3 working days upon receiving the order ready for pickup email. Overdue parcels that have not been collected will be returned back to the Kwai Fong Buyandship Redemption Centre. Before visiting the Kwai Fong Redemption Centre, please contact us via our live chat to confirm the status of the order that has been returned.
