In order to increase the operational efficiency and ease of use, we will adjust the quantity limitation of shipment per order. Starting from Jul 18th, 2022, you can consolidate 15 shipments at most for each order.
The number of shipments is counted by tracking number. The mentioned change will be applied for all types of self-pickup points.
Please note that orders created before the effective date, i.e. on/before Jul 17th, will not be affected. Besides the quantity, there are also weight and size limits of shipment per order for different types of self-pickup points. If your order exceeds the above weight limits or relatively large in size, we recommend you pick up your goods at any one of our Buyandship Redemption Centres.
