Due to the high demand of shipment with masks, Alfred Locker, Alfred Point and Circle K are having a shortage of parcel storage. In order not to affect daily operation, you will not be able to choose Alfred Locker, Alfred Point or Circle K as your pickup point if your parcel containing masks, no matter where it comes from and how many masks it contains. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
This temporary measure will be effective from July 27th, until further notice. Please select Buyandship Redemption Centre, S.F. store as your pickup location if your shipment containing masks. You can also choose to have a delivery service.
Please note that any parcel suspected or confirmed to contain face masks will be checked in within 7 working days after it has been sent to our Japan warehouse. The estimated arrival time at Hong Kong will remain unchanged, which takes from 7 to 10 days.
