Starting from August 3rd, a weight checking function will be added to our consolidation system for self collection at Alfred Locker, Alfred Point and Circle K. When you consolidate parcels which exceed the weight limit of your selected pickup point, a pop-up message of consolidation failure will be shown. Hence, you can immediately consolidate again by either re-selecting parcels or choosing other types of pickup points without limitation on weight.
After the order is successfully built, we will inspect the size of the order. You will receive an email requesting payment if your order complies with the size restriction. The order built will be cancelled if it is over-sized. Then, you need to re-select other parcels or pickup point so as to build your order.
Restrictions of pickup points regarding these changes are as follows.

If your order exceeds the above limits or relatively large in size, we recommend you to pick up your goods at any one of our Buyandship Redemption Centres in Kwai Fong, Lai Chi Kok, Mong Kok, Kwun Tong, Tuen Mun, Wai Chai and Central.
