Olive Young Black Friday 2026: Expected from November 1 โ How to Shop It from Hong Kong
Olive Young Korea holds its Black Friday (์ฌ์ ๋ธํ) in early November, almost a month before US Black Friday. In recent years it has started on November 1. In 2025 it ran from November 1 to 7, with online deals of up to 60% off. Going by past years, the 2026 sale is expected to start on November 1 and run for a week. As of October 29, 2026, Olive Young has not announced official dates, so please check the official announcement.
What deals does Olive Young Black Friday have?
In 2025 there were three kinds of deals. This year’s line-up is subject to the official announcement.
- One-day deals (์ฌ! ๋ธ๋ ํ๋ฃจ ํน๊ฐ): a new batch of products every day, at that price for that day only.
- Week-long deals (์ฌ! ๋ธ๋ ์ผ์ฃผ์ผ ํน๊ฐ): one price for all seven days, though popular items can still sell out early.
- Black Friday mystery boxes (๋ธํ๋ผ์ด์ฆ ๋ฐ์ค): limited blind boxes added in 2025, at โฉ5,000 and โฉ30,000. You cannot choose what is inside. There is no news yet on whether they will return in 2026.
The Black Friday prices apply to the Olive Young Korea official site and stores. Olive Young Global runs its own promotions, which do not always line up with Korea’s Black Friday, so the early-November Korean deals are bought through the Korea site.

What Is Olive Young, and Why Is It So Popular in Hong Kong?
Olive Young is Korea’s leading health and beauty chain, with more than 1,400 stores across the country. Many popular K-beauty brands first took off here. The website and stores hold a big sale every season, and Black Friday comes in early November. Sephora has also partnered with Olive Young: since October 2026, Sephora’s online store and shops in Hong Kong carry a K-beauty section curated by Olive Young. You do not need to fly to Seoul to buy Olive Young products in Hong Kong. The question is which route costs least.
How to Buy Olive Young in Hong Kong: 3 Ways Compared
The Korea official site has the widest range at Korean local prices, and the seasonal sales and Black Friday deals all happen there. Ordering, however, needs a Korean credit card and a Korean phone number, which most people in Hong Kong do not have. - Sales are not in sync: Korea’s seasonal sales and Black Friday deals are not always offered on Global at the same time, and the discounts differ.
- Some items are not listed: for example, HOLIKA HOLIKA’s Sanrio collaboration eyeshadow and JUNG SAEM MOOL’s limited-edition cushion set were sold only on the Korea site in August, not on Global.
If you only want one or two items that just reach Global’s free-shipping threshold, Global may not cost more. The more items you buy, the bigger the gap on the Korea site.
