To enhance your service experience, we are pleased to announce that our Lai Chi Kok redemption centre will be relocating to a new address. The move will take place on 29th September 2025 (Mon).
New Address: Unit 14, 1/F, Elite Industrial Centre, 883 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok (Our old address was Unit 8, 11/F)
If you have any packages that arrived on or before 27th September (Sat), but have yet to be collected, please also pick them up from our new location. To help us with the move, we kindly ask that you collect your packages as soon as possible.
Our new redemption centre features fully upgraded facilities and more space. As a token of our gratitude for your loyalty, we’re pleased to announce a fee adjustment. Effective from 2nd October 2025 (Thur), the Lai Chi Kok redemption centre fee will be reduced from HK$27/lb to HK$24/lb.
