The new warehouse address is expected to be announced in early September under “Member Centre > Overseas Warehouse Addresses > Portland US (Tax-Free) Warehouse > Amazon / eBay“. Once announced, please use the new warehouse address for all future Amazon / eBay shipments.
If you have any existing pre-orders or subscription services, please contact the seller as soon as possible to update the delivery address to the new warehouse address, or ensure that your parcels are delivered on or before the final receiving date mentioned above.
Please note: this relocation applies only to the US Amazon / eBay warehouse. Our Portland US Main Tax-Free Warehouse is not affected and will continue to operate as normal.
