IV. Super Delivery Sign-up Tutorials
Step 1
Navigate to the Buy&Ship exclusive registration page for the Super Delivery Japan site.

Enter your email address at the bottom of the page to begin registration. The website will send you a confirmation email. (Please note: This confirmation email may occasionally be found in your Spam, Promotions, or Notifications folders.)

Enter your store’s basic information.
Important: Please fill in all details in English. The store address must be the precise, full address, and the supporting store documentation you upload must be consistent with the information you provide.

Select the option on the left side and by checking ‘Agree,’ you will automatically become a Buy&Ship Hong Kong member.
Step 5
Click on “Store Introduction” (店舖介紹), and then click the button at the bottom to proceed to the confirmation screen.
Step 6
After submitting your application, the website will send a final confirmation email.
Step 7
Based on that email, the website will notify you of the review result via email or phone call within 2-3 business days.
V. How to Shop on Super Delivery Japan
Step 1
Select the desired product and click “Check Wholesale Price” (查看批發價) to apply for viewing rights from the shop.
Step 2
Review the wholesale purchasing notes for the specific shop, then submit your viewing application (it is free).
Step 3
The application is complete. Wait for the shop to grant access, then click the blue button to view the shop’s product list.
Step 4
Once the shop has granted access, you will be able to see the product wholesale price. Select the desired quantity and click the red button “Add to Cart” (加入購物車).
Step 5
Enter your credit card payment details and choose to ship to the Buy&Ship Japan warehouse address (remember to include your member ID starting with ‘BS’). If you have any special requests, you can leave a note for the shop owner. Click to confirm to successfully place the order. After the shop ships the items, remember to declare your shipment on the Buy&Ship website.
VI. Terms and Conditions
- The promotional period runs from Apr 1 to Apr 30, 2026.
- This promotion is only applicable to new Buy&Ship Hong Kong members who register via the Super Delivery website. Once registration is verified, the reward will be automatically credited to the account within 3 working days. Each account will receive the HK$24 shipping discount voucher once only. The voucher is valid for 60 days.
- The HK$50 Buy&Ship shipping voucher will be issued to eligible accounts within 10 working days after the promotion ends. The voucher is valid for 30 days.
