To maintain our stable and reliable overseas forwarding services amidst increasing operational and fuel costs, Buy&Ship will implement the following temporary adjustment:
Effective April 22, 2026 (Wednesday), a fuel surcharge (HK$1/lb) will be applied to international forwarding shipments sent from selected regions. This fee will be automatically included and reflected in your total shipping fees.
The updated rates are as follows:
Not Affected Warehouses：Japan, Taiwan
Affected Warehouses：South Korea, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, Australia, Thailand

^For residential and remote areas, an additional fee of HK$20 will be charged
For shipment orders with consolidation completed (applicable for ‘Flexible’ orders) or shipment left overseas warehouse (applicable for ‘Direct’ orders) before April 22, 2026 (effective date), the current rates will continue to apply. Orders consolidated on or after the effective date will be subject to the new rates.
If your consolidated shipment involves regions that are currently subject to higher fuel surcharges, the fuel surcharge will be charged on the whole order according to the total weight of the order in pounds.
We will continuously review and adjust the fuel surcharge in response to fluctuations in fuel costs. This is a temporary measure, and will be revised once costs return to original levels.
