“FREE Gift Giveaway”Terms & Conditions
- Eligible participants must have successfully completed a shipment order (as determined by the completion time recorded in the Buy&Ship system) during the promotional period from November 11 to December 15, 2025, and their shipment order number must match a designated winning tracking number for this campaign.
- This activity is exclusive to Buy&Ship Hong Kong users. Each participant is limited to winning the prize once. In the event of a repeat win, the second prize will be automatically deferred to the user of the next qualifying shipment number.
- Winners are required to contact Buy&Ship Customer Service via the website’s live chat within 10 working days of their designated shipment completion to obtain prize collection instructions. If a winner provides incorrect contact details, or fails to check the website chat or email in a timely manner, resulting in the inability to claim the prize by the specified deadline, the prize will be deemed forfeited.
