Rebate Program Q&A

Q1：Does the $500 shipping fee threshold apply to a single shipment consolidate order?
A：No. The $500 shipping fee threshold is calculated based on the total of all eligible consolidated orders within the promotion period. You will qualify once your actual total paid shipping fees (after deducting any shipping coupons or credits) reach $500 or more.

Q2. I paid a portion of my shipping fee using credits. How do I know if I still qualify for the rebate?
A：If you have 8 eligible orders totaling $560, and you used 100 credits, your actual paid total is $460. Since this is under the $500 threshold, you have not yet qualified for the rebate.

Terms & Conditions:

1. 1. The promotion period is from Nov 11th, 2025, to Dec 10th, 2025. This promotion applies only to eligible shipment orders that are completed and paid within this period.
   2. Eligible members must complete their registration for the campaign via the designated Activity Form by November 30, 2025 and the cumulative shipping fee for all eligible shipment orders must total HK$500 or more.
   3. This promotion is open to Buy&Ship Hong Kong members only. The participation quota is limited to the first 1,000 eligible members to meet the requirements.
   4. The total shipping fee is calculated based on the net amount of eligible orders, after deducting any portion paid by credits or shipment promo codes.Orders paid fully by credits or shipment promo codes are ineligible.
   5. Completion of an order is defined as: the system-recorded time of package pickup at a Buy&ship self-pickup point, the system-recorded time of package pickup at a third-party pickup point, or the system-recorded time of package delivery.
   6. Completed payment of shipping fee is defined as : either the system record time of the online payment completion, or the system record time of payment completion at a Buy&Ship self-pickup location.
   7. Each Buy&Ship account can enjoy the promotion once only, with a rebate limit of $20.
   8. 20 credits will be added to users’ account within 7 business days after the end of the promotion.The credit is valid until Dec 31st, 2025, and will expire if unused by this date.
   9. All rebates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   10. Buy&Ship will not provide compensation for any delays in delivery caused by airlines or third-party logistics companies that result in the inability to complete orders during the promotion period.
   11. By participating in this promotion, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   12. In case of any dispute, Buy&Ship reserves the right to the final decision. Buy&Ship also reserves the right to make changes to the content, terms, and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
