Due to local public holidays in different countries, some of our warehouses will be closed for a few days in December. Please note that our warehouses will not receive or send out parcels, nor will our warehouses update any shipment status during the closure.
Please note that all Buyandship Redemption Centres (including franchised redemption centres) will also be closed from Dec 24th (SUN) to Dec 26th (TUE).
Update as of 19/12: All Buyandship redemption centres will be closed at 6pm on Dec 22nd (FRI), Winter Solstice and the below franchised redemption centres will also have special opening hours:
San Po Kong — San Po Kong Plaza: 12pm – 7pm
Fo Tan – Hopefull Factory Centre: 12:30pm – 5:30pm
Shek Mun – Corporation Park: 12:30pm – 5:30pm
