AEON Card “Buyandship Privilege” Terms and Conditions:
1. The registration and promotion period is from 23 August 2023 16:00:00 to 31 December 2023 23:59:59 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). The registration and payment time are based on the record in AEON and Buyandship’s system. Phase 1 runs from 23 August 2023 to 31 October 2023, Phase 2 runs from 1 November to 31 December 2023.
2. Eligible AEON Card includes the credit cards and co-brand credit cards issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd (“AEON”), but not applicable to AEON Supplementary Card (calculation of spending amount will be combined with Principal Card) (“Eligible Card”).
3. Cardholders must login to AEON HK” Mobile App and register for AEON Card “Buyandship Privilege” Promotion with Eligible Card during the Registration Period. During promotion period, Cardholder can enjoy 10% cash rebate (“cash rebate”) upon paying the shipping fee on Buyandship Hong Kong website (https://www.buyandship.today) or at the selected redemption centres (“Eligible Transactions”) with the registered Eligible Card (“Privilege 1”). 4. Each registered Cardholder is required to register once during the Registration Period (at any phase) to enjoy Privilege 1 from (i) the phase of completing the registration and (ii) completion of Privilege 1 specific requirements. In case Cardholder has more than one Eligible Card (including his/her AEON Supplementary Card), accumulated eligible spending amount will be automatically combined from different Eligible Cards for calculation.
5. The cash rebate enjoyed by the cardholder in Privilege 1 will be credited to the registered cardholder’s registered credit card account at the below schedule. Registered credit card account must be in normal status and in good standing in order to enjoy Privilege 1.
6. Each registered Cardholder (including Principal Card & Supplementary Cards) can enjoy maximum HK$100 Cash Rebate within 1 calendar month and a maximum of HK$500 Cash Rebate in respect of the Promotion Period.
7. Cash rebate amount is not transferable, exchangeable nor refund for cash.
8. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who register as new members on Buyandship Hong Kong website with the promotion code “AEON” entered at registration will be entitled to receive HK$38 worth of Buyandship credits (“ Credits”) (“Privilege 2”).
9. Cardholders must enter the correct promotion code before completing the phone number verification to receive 38 credits; if Cardholders missed or entered the wrong promotion code, the credits will not be reissued.
10. The credits earned through Privilege 2 have a lifespan of 90 days.
11. The credits earned through Privilege 2 can only be used to pay for the shipping fee (each credit is equivalent to HK$1). All credits cannot be transferred to other Buyandship members’ accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. Privilege 2 cannot be used in conjunction with any other Buyandship’ offers, e.g. Referral Code.
13. Privilege 1 and Privilege 2 are only applicable to Buyandship’ service in Hong Kong.
14. Eligible spending refers to transactions made with Eligible Card at The Merchant in Hong Kong Dollar transaction during the Promotion Period, excludes the following categories of transactions: transactions via e-wallets (including but not limited to AlipayHK, PayMe, TNG and WeChat Pay HK), un-posted/cancelled/unauthorized/invalid/fraudulent transactions, and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled (“Eligible Spending”). AEON and The Merchant reserve the final decision on the definition of Eligible Spending.
15. Cardholders must keep the original transaction slips/spending records of each Eligible Spending. If Cardholders have a dispute whether they are eligible for the spending rebate, AEON reserves the right to request the Cardholders to submit the original transaction slip/spending record of the Eligible Spending transaction for verification. If AEON’s records do not match the Cardholders transaction slips/spending records, AEON’s records and decisions will be final and irreversible.
16. Privileges 1 and Privilege 2 are subject to the credit card records and/or computer system settings held by AEON and Buyandship..
17. AEON reserves the right to forfeit the participant’s qualification in any of the following situations: a) the Cardholder account is delinquent; or b) Cardholder account is terminated; or c) Cardholder has deceptive behavior related to the transaction.
18. AEON is not the supplier of the products and/or services and shall not be responsible for the quality of the products and/or services provided by suppliers.
19. AEON and Buyandship reserve the right to amend The Privileges, Terms and Conditions of The Privileges without prior notices. For any and all matters or disputes regarding the above, the decision of AEON and Buyandship shall be final.
20. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
