When it comes to December and January, the number of shipment skyrockets. We thank you for your strong support. In view of the enormous number of parcels, there will be a few adjustments to the shipment service. Details are as follows.
When Parcels Arrive at US Warehouse:
- will be checked in within 2 to 3 working days, and afterwards sent out within 2 to 3 working days
- For those parcels that reached without declaration, the notification email of declaration will be sent within 2 to 3 working days. Parcels will be sent out within 3 to 4 working days after the declaration.
When Parcels Arrive at Hong Kong:
- Buyandship Redemption Center: Parcels will need an extra 1 to 2 working days for delivering to the centers
- Other 3rd party Center, Alfred Point and Alfred Smart Locker: Parcels will need an extra 2 to 3 working days for delivering to the location
- All delivery service: Parcels will need an extra 2 to 3 working days for delivering to the location
We would also like to remind you that please declare your parcels immediately after shopping and do not purchase any prohibited item.
Note:
If any false or misleading statement in parcel declaration, oversize/ overweight parcels or prohibited items are found in the shipment, the processing time of shipment will be increased. Shipment may be delayed for 7 to 14 working days due to the above-mentioned cases.
