Please be advised that our Choi Ming Market Redemption Centre (franchisee) will stop operations starting June 25, 2025, due to planned renovations. Details are as follows:

- Effective immediately, the Choi Ming Market Redemption Centre is no longer available as a pickup location option for both “Single Shipment” and “Bulk Shipment”.
- The last date to pick up the parcel will be Jun 25 (Wed). Any parcels that have not been picked up after this date will be arranged for return to Kwai Fong Marvel Industrial Building Eedemption Centre.
We urge all members who have not yet collected their parcels to do so as soon as possible. The operating hours of the Choi Ming Market Redemption Centre are Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM. To ensure a smooth collection, please bring sufficient cash or Octopus Card, as this redemption centre does not accept other payment methods.
Should you still have uncollected parcels after the final pickup date, please contact our customer service team via website live chat first to confirm the status of your returned shipment(s) before heading to the Kwai Fong Redemption Centre.
We’re also actively preparing to establish a new redemption centre in the Tseung Kwan O area. Related information will be announced through our service notice. Thank you for your understanding.
