Due to local public holidays in different countries, such as Easter, some of our warehouses will be closed for a few days in April. Please note that our warehouses will not receive or send out parcels, nor will our warehouses update any shipment status during the closure.
Additionally, all Buy&Ship pickup points will be closed during public holidays on May 1st (Thu), May 5th (Mon) and May 31st (Sat). The franchise stores at Tseung Kwan O–The Parkside, To Kwa Wan—Lee Wing Building, Wong Chuk Hang—Sing Teck Factory Building and Shek Mun–Corporation Park will also be closed on these three days. Some franchise stores may have special operating hours, so please pay attention.
