II. Taobao Shopping & Shipping Tutorial
Step 1
Go to Buy&Ship website to log in or register as a member.
Step 2
Visit Taobao (make sure it is mainland China region!), and register as a member with the button in the red square.
Step 3
These pages can be also translated to English at the top right of the page. Fill in the required details during registration on Taobao and verify via SMS.
💡Tips: You can also use Google Translate or Chrome’s Translate Extension to make the process easier.
Step 4
Search for items on Taobao using simplified Chinese for better results (e.g., “dress – 连衣裙”). Use filters like sales, reviews, and price to refine your search:
- Comprehensive Sorting: Combines factors like popularity, sales, and reviews.
- Popularity: Based on page views.
- Sales Volume: Ranks by total sales.
- Reputation: Based on customer reviews and ratings.
- Price: Sorts by cost, low to high or high to low.
Step 5
Select your desired items and check the grey numbers next to prices for recent transactions.

After you’ve received a tracking number by Taobao, please go to “Parcel Management” at Buyandship and declare your parcel!
