We have breaking news for you – Yuen Long redemption centers now starts operating today. You can now choose to pick up at Yuen Long after you consolidate the shipments via our APP/website. Here’s the detail:

**Please note that you can only pay in cash at the moment. We will arrange the Octopus reader later and inform you when the Octopus payment is ready.
We now have 12 redemption centers in Hong Kong, from Hong Kong Island to New Territories, to facilitate our members picking up their shipments. If you pick it up at Buyandship redemption centers, the charge will be HKD22 for every pound (excluding some countries/districts).
It is the cheapest way to pick up your shipments compared to other delivery methods. Not only it’s the cheapest, but the payment we accept at redemption centers is more diversified. You can pay in cash, Octopus, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wechat Pay and Alipay at the redemption centers (except for Lai Chi Kok, Kwun Tong and Mong Kok).
If you want to rush your order, redemption centers will be your best choice! Since we have the fleet to transport the shipments to each redemption center every day, it will be the quickest way to receive your order!
