Pickup Address: G338, G/F, Phase III, Amoy Mall, 77 Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kowloon Bay
Opening hours: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday) / 9:00 am – 6:30 pm (Sundays and public holidays)

U.S., U.K., Japan or Korean shipments to be picked up at any 3rd party redemption locations has a unified chargeable fee of HK$24 per pound, only available for consolidation. Each shipment order is limited to 5 kg (12 lb), size limit is 30cm X 30cm X 50cm (WXHXD). We will send you an SMS notification once shipment arrives Quality laundry, all orders are expected to be picked up within 3 days, if customers fail to arrange pick up, the order will be returned to our Kwai Fong Redemption Centre and you can only pick up at that location.
