Please note that our MegaBox Redemption Lockers will stop operations starting Sept 5th, 2017, for customers who chose to have their parcels shipped to this location please arrange for pick up as soon as possible.
Parcels will be kept in the redemption lockers for 3 days, and those that are not redeemed after 3 days will be relocated to Kwai Fong redemption center. Once the parcels reach Kwai Fong then it can’t be relocated to other redemption locations, so we kindly ask for you to come pick up your parcel at Kwai Fong. All parcels need to be redeemed within the 7 day period upon arrival to Kwai Fong. Apologies for any inconvenience made.
