As of today ( 26th June 2017), Third Party Redemption fees will be readjusted as follows:
Third party redemption centers / Self-redemption centers will have a unified HK$24 fee per pound. The newly adjusted fee will be effective as of 26th June 00:00. If your parcel arrived on 25th June 23:59 or before, you will be charged with the old fee.

We have established 6 Third party redemption centers (SF stores) to date, all spread around areas including Yuen Long,Tin Sui Wai, Tuen Mun,etc. Stay tuned for future news and updates!

Third party Redemption Details:
• You will receive a SMS notification when the parcel is delivered and ready for collection
• Your parcel will be delivered to your selected S.F. store in 2-4 working days once we’ve combined your parcels together
• S.F. store is only available for bulk shipping when the parcel arrives Hong Kong
• Parcels will be stored at the center for 3 days and this is free of change. If the parcel has not been collected after 3 days, it will be returned to our Lai Chi Kok redemption centre. Customer will need to collect the parcel from Lai Chi Kok redemption center within 7 days. No rearrangements for parcel collection
• Only credit card is accepted (Payment processing fee is waived for this pickup method)
