Starting April 20th, BuyandShip headquarters will be relocated to Kwai Fong, it is an 8 minute walk from Exit C, Kwai Fong MTR Station.
We have installed a redemption center at our new headquarter office/ warehouse as another convenient self- pick up point, and we also added more redemption lockers in Tuen Mun On Ting Estate. All you need to do is sign into your account and choose your desired pick up location!

Please note that our Tseung Kwan O Redemption Lockers will stop operations starting April 20th, for customers who chose to have their parcels shipped to this location please arrange for pick up as soon as possible.
Parcels will be kept in the redemption lockers for 3 days, and those that are not redeemed after 3 days will be relocated to Kwai Fong redemption center. Once the parcels reach Kwai Fong then it can’t be relocated to other redemption locations, so we kindly ask for you to come pick up your parcel at Kwai Fong. All parcels need to be redeemed within the 7 day period upon arrival to Kwai Fong. Apologies for any inconvenience made.
Including these two new locations, we now have a total of 34 redemption centers/ redemption lockers around Hong Kong, with our original Lai Chi Kok office still open for service as a redemption center.
