When You Have Plans & Tracking Says: OUT FOR DELIVERY…

26/01/2018

Okay, so we’ve done all the online shopping, checked out our carts, and the final step is to wait for the parcel to arrive… But approximately how long should you expect your parcel to get here?

Don’t worry, we’ll plan out the whole shipping process to you right here, right now, just so you can keep yourselves sane and maybe move away from your door and go back to living a NORMAL LIFE.

Here goes, once you have successfully declared your packages with us (making sure you inserted the correct warehouse address according to which country you shopped at), there really isn’t much else for you to do other than sit back and relax because the packages will automatically get transferred to our Hong Kong facility where your consolidated packages get weighed for the final leg of their journey.

Packages get sent out 5 times a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Remember to CHECK YOUR INBOX (Spambox too just in case) from time to time, because BuyandShip will send you an email notification at every stage of the delivery process.

Once the parcel arrives HK, you can collect it at your designated pick-up location, just make sure to bring a little cash for the final mile.
*Note: Parcels will be stored at the center for up to 7 days, free of charge. A HK$10/day storage fee will be charged from the 8th day onwards (Max. 30 days). If parcels have not been declared after 30 days, it will be abandoned without notice.

Don’t forget that sometimes delays may happen during the festive periods, so just to be safe, add a few more days to expected wait times.
We hope this helps you plan out your purchases, especially if you need something by a certain date!
